What families say
I cannot recommend Alejandra and her services enough. She is a master of her craft and a true advocate for women. When we first hired her as a Doula I was impressed by her background and expertise in the physiological parts of birth.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Alejandra, an exceptional infant massage therapist, who made a significant difference in our baby's life. Our little one was experiencing body tension and had both a tongue and lip tie, which made feeding and comfort challenging.
I have had three CST sessions with Alejandra so far, and will definitely have many more. I’ve been floored by the differences in my body sensations. After a concussion/whiplash injury I sustained a couple years ago, I have felt like a different person; with Alejandra’s work, I’m starting to feel more like myself again.
Alejandra was my doula for my first birth and I felt so knowledgable with her. It was SUCH a peace as I was going into so much unknown. She is to the point, no bs, nothing but the good stuff.
