I learned after having our first child that the best thing a new mother can do is to welcome as much support and help as possible. So, one of the very first things I lined up after learning that we were expecting our second child was a night doula.
Taylor helped us welcome our little one home when he was 4 days old. We first started with days but quickly transitioned to nights. Taylor made us quickly feel at ease knowing that she would be awake downstairs in our home with the baby at night, and not sleeping on the job.
Coming home to Laguna Beach after an emergency C-Section, three nights in the hospital with our first born and during the times of Covid-19 no less we were needless to say overwhelmed as new parents.
Taylor is absolutely amazing! She was a lifesaver and a true miracle worker, helping my husband and me with our daughter from the day we brought her home from the hospital to her 2 month mark! Thanks to Taylor we were able to navigate the craziness that newborn life is.
