Doula Mami Moon has been instrumental in my post-partum journey! Jacque is kind, patient, non-judgmental, caring…. She supported me in all facets of my recovery after birth: newborn care, guided movement, light housekeeping, and delicious healthy meal prep.
Jacque is a lovely person and extremely knowledgeable about female anatomy and preparation for pregnancy and birth. Her prenatal yoga classes are both restorative and strengthening.
I have really enjoyed Jacque’s prenatal yoga class at Breathing Space. She clearly listens to attendees’ concerns at the beginning of class and incorporates tailored exercises into each practice to address the group’s wide-ranging needs.
