We then scheduled a meeting for her to come over and meet my son and me in person.
Cat was wonderful! She prepped me for my birthing experience and was there for it! Follow the exercises. They seem silly but they work!!! She broke down the medical jargon and offered postpartum advice. She strongly advocated for what I wanted. Thank you sooo much!!!
