As far as doulas (and humans) go, Denise is exceptional. We used a doula for the birth of our first child and were underwhelmed by the experience, so we knew to be more discerning when choosing a doula for the birth of our second, and that is how we found Denise.
Denise was our doula for the birth of our first child (Oct 2022). I cannot say enough about how much we loved working with Denise or how highly we would recommend her.
When I found out I was pregnant with my second, I was immediately anxious. After a long, challenging, and unsatisfactory birth with my first that ended in an unplanned c-section, I knew I needed more support this time but was nervous about spending the money.
As first time parents, I don't know what we would've done without Denise! Our prenatal meetings with her were so valuable, as she taught us what to expect, and eased a lot of our anxieties.
