Deanna was a true professional with an added artistic surprise! First the phone call to explain the process of transferring the placenta from hospital to the lab was clear and all questions were answered. A simple text was sent saying labor has begun. Then after delivery texting Deanna to tell her the baby was born.

DeAnna was AMAZING to work with!!! We told her I was being induced and she said to let her know once I had delivered and she was at the hospital at 3 am (!!!) picking up my placenta. Her turnaround time was extremely fast and she even included a complimentary umbilical cord art and a print of my placenta.
