Having Sheena as a doula was the best decision I could have made for myself during my pregnancy and birth. From start to finish she was always there to encourage, empower, and educate. I needed someone to help me make informed decisions and help ease my anxiety and Sheena went above and beyond making this happen.
Without Sheena, my birth would not have been as beautiful, redeeming, and special as it was. My first two births were sad to say the least. No informed consent. I tried to educate myself on natural and wholistic, but still found myself in a place of grief with the violation to myself and my babies.
