This review is for Robin Selvera's doula services. When I became pregnant with my first child, I knew that I wanted to have a doula on my birthing team to complement my OBGYN and the hospital staff. I tried calling some other doula services in Houston and wasn’t feeling it.

I can't endorse their Hypnobirthing class enough. I would recommend it to any and all of my friends, whether "hypno" is your thing or not. I was sad to hear one of my friends remark that she has heard hypnobirthing is weird, because she couldn't be farther from the truth.
My husband and I really enjoyed the Hypnobirthing class that Kati taught! She is warm and personable, and she creates a welcoming atmosphere. My favorite part of the class was learning how to replace negative word choices with positive ones in order to re-train my thoughts about birth.
