What families say
LOVE LOVE LOVE this group!! If you are a new mom, mom-to-be, or a growing family, Colorado Mountain Doulas can support you. We sought out their services when we decided we needed meal prep support after having our third baby.
Nichole was an absolutely blessing for our family. Throughout her time here, she provided constant updates and information to a first time grandmother and grandfather, first time parents, and first time aunts as they all had questions about what was normal and what wasn't.
Shantell is a gem - I wish I could give her 10 stars! She was very helpful from the moment I met her and then well beyond my labor and delivery. She not only offered me a shoulder to cry on when postpartum was tough, but she gave me empathy and a TON of uplifting words of empowerment and encouragement.
Liz Foster of Colorado Mountain Doulas assisted in both my births and was integral to the positive experiences I had. She never overstepped but was there every moment I needed her, and provided things I didn't realize I needed (like candles by the tub!) that actually made a huge difference. I'd recommend her to anyone!
