My husband and I hired Robmikia very early on in our pregnancy. From that very first consultation, we were certain we wanted her along on the journey. I appreciated how much time she spent getting to know us and our needs. She is the reason my husband became comfortable with a home birth.
When we found out I was pregnant with our first, we weren’t really sure what a doula was. I did a little research and we scheduled a consult to meet with Robmikia. We both knew after that consult that we wanted Robmikia to be with us during the birth of our son.
Rob made our birth experience so much smoother than I expected. Her emotional support before and during birth as well as providing massages through labor made it feel easier than I thought it would be.
Hands down the best doula God could have sent me. Her love, passion and understanding for us woman is a true gift. I’d recommend her over and over again. Also her classes were exceptionally informative and helped us feel more than prepared going into labor.
