Charise has been a wonderful birth and postpartum doula for my family. This was my third birth and it went the smoothest and best. Having Charise as a doula there to help me through contractions and keep me motivated was huge. She has a kind and gentle approach while still coaching you through labor and delivery.
Nothing went according to plan with my birth in August. Charise wasn’t part of my plan either, I hadn’t met her until she came in to assist me in labor at the birthing center. She made me feel understood, she knew exactly what I was experiencing and feeling.
I recently worked with Charise as my doula for my first labor and delivery. She supported me leading up to birth by answering questions I had, and helping me think through what I hoped for and needed during labor and delivery.
