I cannot say enought good things about LaDereka and the care that she goes to my niece. She was having a very hard time after the birth of her son. Her recovery from the stitches were uncomfortable to say the least add to that she just could not get her son to breast feed for more than a few minutes.
I cannot recommend her enough! She was incredibly educational and informative throughout the entire process. I always felt supported and never judged, no matter what questions I asked. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel confident, prepared, and cared for.
Dereka was beyond amazing! We hired her for nighttime doula services when our baby was just a few days old, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She checked in on me weekly and made it a priority to care for both mom and dad’s mental health.
I’m now a retired midwife, but for short time I had the privilege of having LaDereka with me during her time as a student midwife. She was able to be a wonderful doula and breastfeeding expert to many of my clients! My clients loved her! My family adores her.
