I am a mom of three beautiful children. I didn't have a doula for my first two pregnancies however during my third pregnancy I was diagnosed high risk due to Preeclampsia.
Payton was such a huge help after I delivered my second child and everyone in my family tested positive for COVID except for me and my baby. I was isolated for the first 10 days after giving birth, and I would have felt so exhausted and alone if it had not been for Payton who helped care for both me and my baby.
I have known Payton for many years. Though I was done birthing when she was still a child, I’ve been involved with her in many common causes and interests. Having been in the natural birth education and natural health communities myself for decades, I know that Payton is fully capable.
Payton was my doula for my first pregnancy and I must say she was great. I honestly didn't know what to expect from a doula being that this was my first pregnancy. What I can say is she was very informative, I felt like she was my advocate. Payton made me feel at ease, she is such a positive person.
