Where do I start. I had Alex as my doula. First time baby. Alex helped me prepare. We did visits before birth and helped me with birth classes and prepare a plan for delivery and postpartum. Althought my delivery didn't go as plan it was beyond anyone's control I still felt prepared and confident going into labor.
From a fathers perspective, having Alex Little as our doula was an incredible blessing!! From the first meeting, Alex exuded confidence, knowledge, and a genuine passion for supporting families through childbirth.
