What families say
She was my doula during both of my pregnancies. Also, she gave me the best of the tips and tricks post- partum, helped me out with PPD and gave me the best advices to have a healthy breastfeeding.
The best! I rate 5 stars. For my pregnancy she gave me great advice and help me with my birth plan. I was able to have natural drug free delivery. After having my daughter she was my lactation consultant. Helped me with increasing my supply and how to creat my milk stash for when i went back to work.
I will never grow tired recommend Liz to families. She was my prenatal, birth and postpartum doula for my second child. It was my first full term pregnancy and she was available and willing to answer my calls or text for any doubt I had. Her advice and knowledge really helped me and my husband through it all.
