As a first time mom, I was anxious about the transition into motherhood. Nobody talks enough about the fourth trimester and this is where Boram Care comes in. It's the first postnatal retreat in NYC, whose main mission is to make postnatal care essential.
A great experience every mom should have. As a first time mom, I wanted my fourth trimester to be filled with as much support as possible. In fact, the plan was to do the 30day chinese confinement however I found Boramcare and it was a necessity to my fourth trimester!
I gave birth to my first son in early July and came straight to Boram from the hospital. The experience of giving birth was physically and emotionally so overwhelming but at Boram, I was welcomed and cared by the most amazing, warm-hearted, and professional members of the staff.
