This woman is incredible. I don’t even know where to begin with Kim. If you are on the fence about having a doula at your birth, please let this be your sign to seriously consider it! I cannot imagine my pregnancy and birth experience without her.
Hiring Kim was one of the best decisions we made while I was pregnant! We initially hesitated on hiring a doula since I wouldn’t be getting maternity pay for very long (and babies are expensive!), but looking back it’s hard to imagine Kim not being a part of our birth.
One of the best decisions we made was hiring Kim as our doula for the birth of our 4th baby. Even as “seasoned” parents who have been through 3 other births, having Kim there this time around helped us in so many ways. She assisted us in making a birth plan & made sure that the staff at the hospital honored our wishes.
