Hannah was my doula for my first baby 2 years ago. I LOVED having her sweet presence at my daughter's birth. Hannah had lots of ideas for natural pain relief, but also backed off when I needed space. I really worked her hard, requiring counter pressure on my hips for nearly 8 hours.
