K'mae is a beautiful soul and exactly what I was looking for to tend and care for me as a postpartum doula. My work with K'mae, began several weeks before my due date, where we began with a getting to know you and postpartum preparation session.
k'mae was our doula for my second birth. Initially, I questioned if I needed a doula after having gone through the process before, but I am incredibly grateful I invited her to join our journey and become part of our birthing family.
I would give 10 stars if I could!! K'mae brought a calmness and sense of control to what can be a scary and intense experience. During moments of intense pressure to make decisions, k'mae was there to help me slow everything down as well as advise my husband on what to expect and how to help.
Highly recommend budgeting for k’mae as your postpartum doula. I had her come to my home for multiple postpartum appointments after two different births, and felt so calm and cared for. Sessions are equal parts mental and physical healing. You won’t regret booking your time with her!
