What families say
We had a WONDERFUL experience with Amy's birth class. It was so informative and I loved the materials/presentation of information. Amy teaches that birth is most often a natural, positive experience, and that we have so much influence over our own birth choices.
My husband and I conceived through IVF due to infertility. It was a complicated road, but we were finally pregnant. In my third trimester, I developed a rare liver disease. After the trauma of infertility and dealing with a dangerous complication, I really wanted postpartum support.
My husband and I agreed that hiring Danielle to be our doula was the best decision we made in our pregnancy. I personally had a lot of fear around childbirth due to a family history of difficult labors with medical complications, but she did a wonderful job of educating us and being a calm, confident presence.
We had Melody as our doula and my husband and I were beyond grateful we had her during labor! I had an induction due to growth concerns for baby which ended up failing and we labored for days. Melody was on the phone whenever I needed her at the beginning and spent days with us at the hospital.
