If you think a sleep consultant is a luxury only for people with nannies and unlimited time, I’m here to tell you I was wrong. Working with Chelsea has been the single best investment we’ve made for our 11-week-old (and our own sanity). Coming into this, I was overwhelmed.
Chelsea has helped with both of my children overcoming milestones in their sleep. She started by helping my 6 month old know how to put himself to sleep without me having to breastfeed or rock him to sleep before laying him down.
Chelsea was our doula for both our pregnancies and home births, and I can't imagine doing that without her! She is knowledgeable about birth and wholly trusts the physiologic process, which allows her to calmly support and encourage progression of labor through various pain management techniques and body positions.
Chelsea was an absolute godsend for our family! I hadn't slept for more than a 4 hour stretch since our son was born and he was 13 months old when we hired Chelsea. The only way we could put him to sleep was either in the car or nursing him to sleep.
