Sheri entered our birth story as soon as we became pregnant with our second son. I knew that having her as our doula would bring comfort, ease and expertise to our experience. In the months leading up to my delivery, Sheri tuned in closely to our desires as parents.
Sheri is fantastic and we can’t imagine our birth story without her! Sheri’s calming presence, tools and exercises to calm the mind to focus on the birthing process, as well as her ability to calm me down when things were stressful and intense in the last moments before our daughter finally arrived.
We were lucky enough to be able to use both the child birth education class and Sheri's doula services. I cannot say enough good things about both. Sheri's childbirth class was very informative and to the point. She is very knowledgable and was able to give great resources as well.
We contracted Sheri from Aurora Birth Song for the birth of our first child. The delivery had several unforeseeable complications that led to our infant staying in the NICU, and Sheri was a huge help during this process. She helped inform us of what was happening and what our options were.
