What families say
I really can't say enough good about our experience with HypnoBirthing. I am planning a natural, non-medicated birth, and I can't imagine going through it without this class. The name may sound a little "woo woo," but I promise the premise is not.
After deciding we wanted to try for a natural child birth for our first pregnancy, we began researching classes to take in order to achieve that goal. We started with a two night, two hour class on breathing exercises from Wellstar but we felt the classes were too short and we felt unprepared.
Lisa was soooo awesome! So down to earth, professional and just a caring person altogether. She made us feel so comfortable from Week 1-Week5. I was so terrified of giving birth for years, I am so confident now that I have the tools to have the birth I so desire. She’s an excellent motivation speaker if I may say so.
