The delivery of my girl was Amanda's first doula experience. As my due date was approaching, I started worrying about the birth process and all the unknowns of being a first time mom. Amanda listened to my concerns and wholeheartedly volunteered to be my unofficial doula.
Amanda was an incredible asset to our birth team. She was supportive to both me and my husband, communicated well with our hospital staff, was knowledgeable, and quick to respond to questions throughout the pregnancy, and met us promptly at the hospital when I went into labor.
