We were blessed to have found Amanda as our doula. She helped every step of the way - during the end of my pregnancy (since I found her later), delivery and postpartum. She didn’t only tend to our physical needs, but also mentally and emotionally.
Amanda was AMAZING and the best support I could have during my labor. I went into this pregnancy (with my second) wanting to have an unmedicated delivery after not having the best experience with and epidural for my first baby.
We searched for a doula very late in the pregnancy and we were lucky Amanda had an open spot for us. She quickly got to know us, asked about our journey and how to support us. She made me and my husband feel at ease and feel like we can ask anything.
It’s been almost two months since my sons birth but it still feels like it was yesterday. Amanda was extremely supportive, reassuring, calm and loving throughout the entire process but especially during my sons birth and still to this day I can feel the support and love she gave us.
