When we found out I was pregnant with my second, my husband and I came to a compromise that we’d have another hospital birth but with a doula. Aly came highly recommended and I felt very comfortable with her after our first phone call. We attended her hypnobirthing class and loved it.
Aly is absolutely amazing, and I cannot recommend her enough both as a doula and a Hypnobirthing instructor! The Hypnobirthing classes helped my husband and I SO much in preparing for labor. I was pregnant with my first baby, and my goal was to have an unmedicated water birth (in a hospital setting).
