What families say
Allison attended my second home birth. I was looking forward to having a doula because I had back labor during my last pregnancy and couldn't get comfortable or relax. Allison talked over these concerns with me and wrote out some exercises to practice as well as podcasts to listen to.
Allison helped us in preparation with our first baby. She was so great about getting us information that we needed and preparing us for what we would be walking into for our delivery. Allison told us how to advocate for ourselves and our baby during our appointments leading up to delivery and during our hospital stay.
Allison helped me in preparation for my 4th child. She is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. She put her whole heart into caring for me with lots of helpful suggestions and techniques to get me through labor all while following my specific birth plan to a T. She will be your advocate but also your friend.
Allison was an incredible doula to work with for my first pregnancy and birth. She took the time to get to know me and my goals beforehand. It was a huge relief to both my husband and myself to have someone in our corner with so much knowledge and experience, so that we didn't feel like we had to know everything.
