I knew that when I got pregnant with my fourth baby, I wanted my birth experience to be different from my previous three. I wanted to be educated and have the ability to make informed decisions. One important step in achieving the birth experience I desired was to hire a doula.

I cannot recommend Affirming Birth enough! In prepping for my second birth, we debated on hiring a doula or not since we felt we had already been through the experience.
