Lily was easy to talk to yet professional, knowledgeable about everything (pregnancy, labor and delivery, breastfeeding, etc), punctual, prepared yet ready to go with the flow as needed, and has excellent communication.
This is a little late but, Lily is literally the best person ever. She has helped me through so much during my pregnancy, labor AND post partum. She listened to me and my fiancé about what we want and need. I would 100% use her again!
