Abby helped on delivery of my third baby. I used an epidural for the first two and felt it had stalled my delivery (which were both very very long). Abby helped enormously with coaching and counter pressure to help me get through the third without the epidural.
Abby was our doula for my first pregnancy, and she was amazing! We had talks early on in my pregnancy about my birth plan and wishes, and Abby did a great job answering questions and providing all the information and support that we needed.
Abby was my doula for my second and third births, and I am so glad that she was there to support me through both of those experiences. She was such a calming presence through the most intense parts of my labors.
We have been so blessed to have met Abby early in our birth journey, she was amazing at educating us about the process that was taking place, and so encouraging about helping us bring our birth plan to life.
