Mary Claire is great at what she does. She has been such a great help to get baby into the right position for birth and preparing myself mentally and physically for labor.
I took Mary's prenatal yoga class for most my pregnancy and it was so helpful. It helped to soothe body pains, but also relaxed my overworked mind. I loved connecting to other pregnant moms. Mary is a great a teacher and creates a safe space. Highly recommend her class!
